The symposium deals with all the aspects of interactions among the worlds of the instrumentation and measurement, bio-engineering, material science, chemical and biological measurements, and the medical field. The symposium enables researchers, doctors and technicians to exchange ideas
and information, make connections and collaborations and update innovation on health care systems and diagnostics in medicine.
Authors are invited to submit an original full paper (5-6 pages) reporting original researches of theoretical or applied nature using the on-line submission system. The submission should explain the significance of the contribution and contain a list of key references. The manuscripts must be written in English according to the guidelines provided on the web site.
Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
Attending people are encouraged to propose Special Sessions on topics of interest, specifying the focus for the session before 3rd November 2020.

A Special Issue on MeMeA 2021 will be published in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (TIM). All papers accepted, registered, and presented in MeMeA are eligible to submit a technically extended version to this Special Issue. Each manuscript should meet the scope of the TIM.
